In episode ten Jonathan is joined by Dr. Lindsay Tanskey from North Carolina State and Boston based Bonnie Chang and Eirinn Carroll. Seeing as nutrition is such a complex topic it has taken three episodes to get through all the talking points as well as listener questions.
