Program design is available in different formats. We offer one month programs ranging from 2, 3 or 4 days per week of training. Each program will be emailed to you in an excel spreadsheet so you can print out and fill in as you go through your workouts in order to track your progress.
We recommend that each program be utilized for anywhere from 3-6 months in order to get the most return on your training experience and gain a full understanding of each exercise.

1 Month Program (2 Days per week)
One month of programming for two days per week with a 15 minute video review of exercise technique every two weeks.
1 Month Program (3 days per week)
One month programming for three days per week. Two 15 minute video check ins on exercise technique and program questions.
1 Month Program (4 days per week)
One month of programming for three days per week. This includes three 15 minute video assessment of exercise technique and program questions and recovery recommendations.
